IGNITION - Neon Paint Party

Commissioned by the UQ Union, my team and I were to design and construct various site installations for the 2016 Neon Paint Party - UQ's beginning of semester celebration. The team created a range of pieces including 7 'light prism' sculptures, light box signage, a balloon sculpture framing the stage, and a series of graphics displayed on LCD screens.
Light prisms: Timber, white lycra, RGB strip lights
Signage: Laser cut acrylic, purple thread, LED lights
Balloon sculpture: Large white balloons, wire mesh, string
